BrightCloud provides Content, Reputation and dynamic threat data on web sites, IPs, and other Internet resources. BrightCloud enables enterprises and strategic partners to leverage Webroot’s rich cloud - delivered data and security intelligence to implement customized security solutions.

Webroot provides three product options for integration into a partner security solutions:

• Webroot Content Classification Service protects enterprises against Internet threats and websites in over 80 key security categories. With enforced Internet acceptable use policies and keen Internet access visibility, enterprises boost employee productivity, preserve IT resources, and reduce legal liability.


• Enlist proactive protection with Webroot Web Reputation Service. Reputation scores predict the security risk of a web site based on hundreds of metrics including site history, age, and contextual and behavioral trends.


• Add an industry-leading layer of security with Webroot IP Reputation and identify IP addresses associated with malicious activity and gain visibility into malicious inbound and outbound network traffic.

Each of these provisioned services can be integrated using the Webroot Web Service interface, or for Strategic Partners, via the Webroot SDK
